We’re building AI agents for performance marketing
Plurio is the AI agent for media buying teams running $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. It connects to your internal backend data and your ad accounts, automates analysis and optimization, saves 50% of time, and boosts ROAS by 10–30%.
Our agents already run $500M+/year in ad spend. Since our public release in March, our customer base has grown 4× in 10–12 weeks. Our mission is the autonomous user acquisition factory that runs 10× better than anything before it, growing budgets under management to $30B/year.
The role
You’ll lead the team and the agent and will be responsible for growing client metrics. You improve and train the agent — shaping the methodology behind how it reads data, analyzes signals, and automates decisions — while also owning a client portfolio where each account runs Meta with Plurio either through the client’s own team or with us running Meta Ads end-to-end.
Who we’re looking for
A Head of Performance Marketing with experience running Meta at scale, ready to encode that work into the agent.
Managed $1M+/month in Meta ad spend — strategy, structure, testing, automation, and hiring.
Managed a buying team of 3–4 people minimum — media buyers, analysts, creative producers.
Worked with the automation layer — built in-house or integrated external services.
Fluent across consumer funnels — mobile, web, web-to-app, app-to-app.
Built or co-built a creative factory for Meta — analysis, testing mechanics, and generation.
Strong English — confident speaking and writing with English-speaking clients.
What you’ll get
A team that runs on agents across engineering, sales, ops, and customer projects in a shared workspace.
Direct work with founders and leadership who scaled a 100+ person agency and a marketing analytics platform.
Your methodology shapes the segment — what you encode into the agent is how Plurio’s clients run Meta.
Compensation: up to $15K/month — base plus performance bonus.
