About Plurio

Plurio is an AI agent that automates media buying on Meta, Google, and TikTok for teams spending $300K–$15M a month. Our AI Platform already runs $500M+/year in ad spend, and our customer base has grown 5× since our public release in March. Our clients are Heads of UA and CMOs in subscriptions, apps, fintech, and gamedev. When they decide to hand their buying to an agent, they want to talk to someone who understands their business and can lead them to a decision.

The role

Own enterprise deals from the first conversation to a signed contract. Your primary focus is winning new customers: qualifying opportunities, understanding business needs, building the right solution, navigating buying decisions, and closing.

You will work with opportunities generated by marketing, partners, and sales development, while also building pipeline through your own industry network and targeted outreach. Typical deals range from $100K to $300K ARR.

What you'll do

1

Lead the full sales cycle. Own discovery, qualification, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Keep each deal moving with clear next steps and shared expectations.

2

Activate and grow your network. Turn relevant industry relationships into introductions, qualified opportunities, and new customers. Build new connections through targeted outreach, referrals, industry communities, and events.

3

Sell through business understanding. Understand the customer's growth goals, performance marketing setup, unit economics, and operational challenges. Translate these into a clear business case and measurable expected value.

4

Navigate enterprise buying processes. Build relationships with Heads of Performance Marketing, Growth leaders, CMOs, and CEOs. Identify decision-makers, internal champions, and potential blockers; manage alignment across stakeholders.

5

Shape the commercial offer. Work with product and technical experts to define the right scope, implementation approach, success criteria, timeline, and pricing.

6

Own your pipeline and forecast. Maintain accurate CRM records, assess deal quality and risks, and provide realistic revenue forecasts.

7

Ensure a clear handover. Transfer the customer's goals, agreed scope, success criteria, and commitments to the implementation and customer success teams.

8

Help improve the sales approach. Share customer insights, objections, and lessons from won and lost deals to strengthen messaging, qualification, and execution.

What you bring

1

A track record of closing new business. You have independently taken complex B2B opportunities from initial engagement to signed contracts and delivered against revenue targets.

2

Consultative enterprise selling skills. You can uncover business needs, build a value-based proposal, handle objections, and manage multi-stakeholder negotiations.

3

Experience in performance-driven tech. You understand businesses where paid acquisition and measurable marketing performance drive growth, particularly Tech Apps, Fintech, EdTech, or Gaming. Depth in at least one of these sectors matters more than exposure to all four.

4

Performance marketing fluency. You can discuss acquisition funnels, attribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and the role of Meta, Google, and TikTok with confidence.

5

An established, relevant network. You have trusted relationships with marketing, growth, and business leaders, and experience turning those relationships into commercial opportunities.

6

Ownership and execution. You actively source opportunities, follow through, and take responsibility for moving deals to a decision.

7

Professional English. You can independently lead discovery, presentations, and commercial negotiations with international customers.

Relevant backgrounds include enterprise sales in MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS; new business roles in performance marketing agencies; or commercial roles at advertising platforms, with demonstrated experience sourcing and closing new business.
