Plurio is the AI agent for media buying: it runs the routine on Meta, Google, and TikTok for teams spending $300K–$15M a month. Our agents already run $500M+/year in ad spend, and our customer base has grown 5× since our public release in March. We're going into hyperscale, onboarding more new clients every month, and that's why we're growing the team. Watch a five-minute demo.

Where we are now
We started with the agent itself: the chat, the workflows, and the rules that made the daily routine faster, checking accounts and delivery, moving budgets to the winners, killing losing creatives early, relaunching the ones worth another run. Now we automate the whole media buying:
Every regular decision runs on the agent, on AI workflows and deterministic rules, on the client's own logic and their full-funnel data, plus the best practices that grew into a catalog of 80+ workflows. On thousands of ads at once, each decision weighs delayed conversions, creative burnout, testing and scaling thresholds, cooldown days, and data quality.
A dedicated AI marketing engineer connects the client's data, loads their business context, and adapts those workflows and rules to the playbook the agent runs on.
So every decision is made faster and more precisely and the media buying becomes transparent and controllable. The client's marketers stop managing it by hand, and their attention goes into improving the system. The goal we share with them is to improve their marketing results every month.
The role
The AI marketing engineer owns the client's marketing targets and improves those metrics by automating the client's media buying. That means:
1
Onboard the client and set the business context. You connect the client's full-funnel data and their ad accounts, and give the agent what it decides on: unit economics, P&L, products, geos, funnels. Their own media buying playbook goes inside the agent, as context, rules, and workflows.
2
Adapt and build workflows and automation rules. From Plurio's catalog of prebuilt workflows you adapt what fits the client's goals, their case, and their playbook. If the workflow they need isn't there, you build it yourself. You backtest your workflows and rule cascades on historical data before they go into the product and start running the media buying. The rules that manage the ads are deterministic SQL with the campaign logic written into them, and they run with guardrails: shutdown periods, double-checks, change history.
3
Explain the decisions and work directly with the client's team. You walk the client's Heads of UA and CMOs through the logic the agent runs on, and through the methodology changes you propose. You help their marketers run the agent themselves, and you take the hard conversations about spend and KPIs. Every decision and every insight is checked on their data, so you can defend it.
4
Standardize what works. What you get working on one client, you pack into the system: a template you reuse when launching the next ones. It also becomes part of the methodology every client runs on. You're closest to real campaigns and real clients, so what you find goes into the agent.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a strong hands-on buyer, ready to run buying through the agent and be responsible for the client's results.
Must-have
Managed ~$500K+/month in ad spend, hands-on. One channel or a cross-channel portfolio (Meta, Google, TikTok).
You know buying down to the mechanics. Account structure, the optimization event, creative testing thresholds, scaling and burnout, budget allocation, attribution windows: you can lay out how you decide each one and why.
AI-native. You've already automated pieces of your own buying: rules, scripts, or workflows in Cursor / Claude, or over the platform API. And you know the value.
Systems thinking. You think in logical chains and see cause and effect. You take a goal, work out everything it takes to get there, structure that into a roadmap and a plan, and explain it clearly enough for a team to follow.
Client-facing experience. You know how to talk to Heads of UA and find your way to each client: you explain what to do and why, defend your ideas, prove them with numbers, facts, and experiments. You disagree on methodology diplomatically, without breaking the relationship.
You turn every proven result into a template. While you're solving the problem for one client, you're already thinking about how the next one gets the same value. So you pack what worked into methodology, tools, and templates. That's what makes the next launch and the next client adaptation faster.
Strong English. Confident speaking and writing with English-speaking clients.
What you'll get
You join a team of top marketing and AI experts. Our team came from the biggest performance marketing agencies and from the ad platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Our founders, Seva Ustinov and Kirill Kasimskiy, built and scaled a digital marketing agency to 100+ people, then a full-funnel marketing analytics platform, and rebuilt their own team around AI agents.
You'll work closely with the strongest client teams on the market. They spend $300K–$15M a month and already run their media buying fully automated with Plurio. This is where performance marketing will be in a year, and you're building it first.
A system that scales your expertise. The media buying methodology (how we think about it), the agent that executes it, and full-funnel analytics and business context under everything. Your expertise goes into that system, and the system carries it to dozens of businesses at once. You start by running clients. Later you can move to the product side, owning the methodology for a whole channel or industry segment instead of one account.
An AI-first company. Every function at Plurio runs on agents in one shared workspace: engineering, sales, ops, and customer projects. We walk you through how to use and build agents day-to-day, and how to put your expertise inside. Then you carry that shift to your clients.
Compensation and conditions
Compensation. Earnings consist of a competitive base plus a performance bonus tied to the results on the clients you own. Your exact base and target bonus are set in the offer, based on your experience and level. On-target earnings at 100% of plan, gross. We are hiring in two grades:

Remote, worldwide. You can work remotely from anywhere in the world, as long as your timezone is no further east than UTC+5: the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Western/Central Asia all work.
Tools and infrastructure. We provide a laptop, software, and any other tools necessary for work, including any AI tools that help you: Cursor, Claude, and Codex plus our shared AI infrastructure are the baseline.
